HOW IT WORKS

1. Open the App

Select Ride from the list of services.

2. Book Your Ride

Input your pick-up and drop-off locations,  select a payment option (mobile money, e-wallet, or cash),  and confirm your request.  Our system will show you the fare and estimated travel time.

3. Get a driver

We will search for an available driver near you and tell you when the driver will arrived.  We will also tell you the name of the driver as well as his motorcycle plate number.  The driver will come to where you are.

4. Track Your Ride

Know your driver,  journey path and pricing in advance.

5. Enjoy Your Ride

Track your rider in real-time and enjoy your journey. At the end of your journey,  just click on the app to pay.  Safety is our priority,  and our riders are here to make your commute stress-free.

    To add a new FAQ follow these steps: 1. Manage FAQs from your site dashboard or in the Editor 2. Add a new question & answer 3. Assign your FAQ to a category 4. Save and publish. You can always come back and edit your FAQs.
  • Can I insert an image, video, or GIF in my FAQ?
    Yes. To add media follow these steps: 1. Manage FAQs from your site dashboard or in the Editor 2. Create a new FAQ or edit an existing one 3. From the answer text box click on the video, image or GIF icon 4. Add media from your library and save.
  • How do I edit or remove the 'Frequently Asked Questions' title?
    You can edit the title from the FAQ 'Settings' tab in the Editor. To remove the title from your mobile app go to the 'Site & App' tab in your Owner's app and customize.
